When you appreciate that it is the journey itself that is more pleasurable than the destination. Sometimes, especially when you are young and carefree(says, my dad).

There is palpable excitement when you prepare yourself for a jolly trip and then when the journey is to your grandma’s place, a little remote village which has all the comforts of your own home and sports activities and carefree attitude that goes with it. Playing cricket and not worrying that the next ball you are going to hit is not aimed at  someone’s window(pane) and the fruits and sweetmeats that you get only at some places.  After all this when you start the return journey which is multimodal and you do not need to carry your own luggage and it is especially pleasurable when you travel by boat for an hour or so, then by a bus and then finally train journey to get back home carrying all the fantastic memories and snacks to enjoy on our victorious return journey.

Every journey one undertakes has a purpose the victorious feeling when you know that you have done the interview well and when you romp back home, well that kind of kick a good trip gives.

Imagine the short journey that we undertook daily from home to school by van or school bus and the return journey back home to mama and the snacks that waited that is the taste of victory and end of the journey for the day as I would see it. There is joy in every small thing and traveling isn’t about going to a different town.
Travelling is a feeling. It gives a high and the feeling is irreplaceable. After the journey, you are rejuvenated and are ready to face the world. It makes the world a better place to live. Thanks to the feeling it gives.
And wait, let us thank the earth, it is so huge making traveling possible. And yeah, India has a lot of such breathtaking and energy filling places, visit any place and it will make sure you fall in love with it.
